Carl Edwards on racing at Kentucky Speedway:
“I’m very excited about going to Kentucky Speedway. It’s a very special track to me. It’s the site of my first win in NASCAR competition. I won a Craftsman Truck Series race there and it’s always great to go back. I have also won a Nationwide race there, but the past few years we have struggled. It’s an awesome race and a fun track. We are coming off a great race in Nashville and we feel good about Kentucky. We have Fanhouse.com with us this weekend for the first time and I am very excited about that. It would be great to get them into victory lane.”
Crew chief Drew Blickensderfer on racing at Kentucky Speedway:
“We are coming off of a solid run in Nashville last week where we were able to learn some things. RK-427 is a great chassis that has provided for some good finishes for us. We have worked on it hard to prepare it to run up front all afternoon Saturday. It would be great to capture a win here where Carl has won before.”
