Fastenal Returns to the No. 60 Friday Night

The NASCAR Nationwide Series heads to Richmond International Raceway for the running of the Bubba Burger 250 Friday night at 7:30 p.m. ET on SPEED.  Carl Edwards and the No. 60 Fastenal team will look to continue their winning ways following his victory at Nashville last weekend.  SPEED will have an entire day of racing with practice at 10:30 a.m. ET and live qualifying at 4 p.m. ET.  This marks the fourth race of the season that Fastenal will be the primary paint scheme for the No. 60.

Carl Edwards on racing at Richmond International Raceway:
"Our Fastenal team has been on a roll. We have been running great and having fun. I am excited for the race on Friday night. It has been a great race track for us in the Nationwide Series. We have won some races and had some epic battles. I think everyone looks forward to that race. It is short track racing on a Friday night.”
Crew chief Mike Beam on racing at Richmond International Raceway:
“We are coming off a dominating win in Nashville. Richmond is another track that Carl has had a lot of success.  We are bringing the same car that we finished second with at Phoenix. Hopefully we will be able to take this Fastenal Mustang back to victory lane.”
o Last year, Edwards finished the season with four wins, 19 top-fives, 27 top-tens and three poles.
o Edwards’ captured his 31st career NASCAR Nationwide win at Nashville Superspeedway last weekend.
o Edwards’ average finish at Richmond is 7.1.
o Edwards’ is currently second in the Owner’s points. Eight points behind the No. 20 Joe Gibbs team.
